Terms and Conditions

General terms for using the DevAI website and for starting digital service discussions and project enquiries.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DevAI website and the information presented on this website.

The DevAI website presents services such as web development, custom web applications, web design, e-commerce, AI automation, SEO, online marketing, and business digitalisation. This page does not replace a signed contract, project proposal, or separate agreement. Final commercial and delivery terms for any project are agreed separately in writing.

2. About the DevAI website

The DEVAI website is used to present services, publish resources, and receive public project enquiries.

If you need to contact us about how the site is used, please use the details shown on the contact page.

3. Using the website

You may use this website to learn about DevAI services, submit public forms, request project discussions, and access public resources published by the DevAI team.

You must not use the website in a way that harms security, availability, content integrity, other users, or DevAI's reputation.

  • Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, malicious, or rights-infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to internal areas, private APIs, user accounts, or technical infrastructure.
  • Do not use the website for spam, aggressive scraping, unauthorised automated testing, malware distribution, or security attacks.

4. Forms, quotes, and project discussions

The contact form and project estimator are channels for starting a conversation. Submitting a contact form or quote request does not automatically create a contract.

Initial recommendations, estimates, and proposal material are informational and may change after scope, dependencies, content readiness, security needs, and delivery constraints are reviewed.

  • A project starts only after scope, deliverables, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
  • Timing, cost, and delivery order may depend on approvals, content, access, and third-party services.
  • DevAI may decline or pause a request if the information supplied is incomplete, conflicting, or outside current delivery capacity.

5. User and client responsibilities

Anyone submitting a request should provide accurate and sufficiently detailed information for project review. That may include goals, constraints, existing systems, available content, rights to supplied materials, and the main decision-makers involved.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Hold the necessary rights to any text, imagery, logos, files, datasets, and other materials shared with DevAI.
  • Respond in a timely way to clarifications, reviews, and approvals.
  • Review deliverables and report issues within a reasonable period [TO CONFIRM: feedback or approval window].

6. Pricing, payment, and delivery

Specific commercial terms are set out in the accepted proposal, quotation, or written agreement for each engagement.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, early estimates are not a fixed commitment on final price or final schedule.

  • Pricing, invoice stages, due dates, and billing currency: [TO CONFIRM].
  • Advance payments, milestone billing, and final payment rules: [TO CONFIRM].
  • Late-payment, suspension, and project restart rules: [TO CONFIRM].
  • Scope changes, extra requests, and revision-round rules: [TO CONFIRM].

7. Intellectual property

The DevAI website, site structure, original copy, visual identity, UI components, presentation materials, and other DevAI-owned assets remain protected within the limits of applicable law and rights.

Client-supplied materials remain the responsibility of the relevant rights holder. The person sharing them is responsible for making sure those materials can be used lawfully.

  • Rights in project deliverables transfer according to the written agreement in force and usually after the related invoices are paid in full [TO CONFIRM].
  • Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, stock assets, and software licences remain subject to their own terms.
  • DevAI may retain general know-how, reusable methods, internal tools, and non-client-specific implementation patterns unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.

8. Portfolio and case study use

DevAI may refer to completed work, client names, screenshots, and high-level case study descriptions in its portfolio, sales material, or marketing content unless confidentiality obligations or written project instructions prevent that use.

If a project must not be shown publicly, that restriction should be agreed explicitly in the relevant proposal or project instructions.

9. Third-party services and links

The website may integrate with or link to third-party services such as email providers, analytics tools, reCAPTCHA, Google Maps, authentication services, or hosting infrastructure.

DevAI does not control the policies, uptime, or business practices of those third parties. Their own terms and privacy documents may also apply.

10. Liability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on the basis of current availability. DevAI aims to keep public information accurate, but does not guarantee that every item is complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for every commercial context.

Unless the law or a written agreement says otherwise, DevAI is not liable for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, business interruption, data loss, or issues caused by client-supplied materials, third-party services, or misuse of the website.

11. Force majeure

DevAI is not responsible for delays or temporary inability to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure incidents, network failures, third-party outages, acts of authorities, labour disruption, natural disasters, or similar force majeure events.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

This is a draft prepared for legal review and assumes that the governing law and dispute forum should be confirmed before publication or in each signed project agreement.

  • Governing law: [TO CONFIRM: Romanian law or other agreed law].
  • Competent courts or dispute forum: [TO CONFIRM].

13. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact details shown on the contact page.

DevAI may update these terms when the website, services, internal workflows, or legal obligations change. The latest revision date appears at the top of the page.
